Key Criteria
Work Experience Requirements (Mandatory)
- Founder Experience: Must have founded at least one company and scaled it successfully, OR
- Founding-Stage Leadership: Demonstrated experience as Co-Founder, Founding CEO, or founding team member with C-suite responsibilities
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology or related sectors
- Proven track record of building companies from inception to significant scale
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated success in P&L management with revenue responsibility of ₹20 Crore+
- Experience leading teams of 50+ employees through multiple growth stages

Compensation Package
Annual Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards (negotiable based on track record).
